My stay at the Best Western Premier Herald Square Ryan was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to help, including keeping our luggage for 2 days while we visited Niagara Falls. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance of Penn Station, Broadway, and other attractions. The dining experience was excellent, providing fresh options every day. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
